Responsibilities
* Performs customer request/problem identification and follows defined procedures to resolve correctly.
* Documents troubleshooting efforts and customer information in data capture tool and when required, transfers call or promptly notifies responsible party for resolution
* Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service level agreements
* May complete and resolve non-call customer contact requests received by mail, web or email


Technical Qualifications
* ‎2 + years IT Support : Customer Service Delivery/Customer Contact Services
* Techno-Functional Skills
* Project Management experience is a plus.
Other Qualifications:
* Excellent Analytical skills
* Strong English written/verbal communications
* Self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment
* Willing to travel to customer sites on a regular basis
* Self-driven, ability to work under minimal supervision
