Requirements**
* Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable university.
* Proven experience in a similar role with a regional / international design firm.
* 10-15 years of relevant design experience working on large scale projects.
* Extensive experience and proven ability in Business Development/Client relations.
* Ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Proficient knowledge of architectural principles, practices, process, and the application to project work-related issues.
* Experience with building planning, drawing standards, design, and construction management; including active involvement in a variety of restorative and new design projects.
* Strong creative, visualization, and technical drawing skills.
* Working knowledge of relevant building and construction laws, codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
* Excellent leadership skills.
* Fluent in Arabic and English.
