What you'll do:
* Manage entire acquisition funnel for all verticals by ensuring required manpower capacity and optimizations across the stages of funnel
* Ensure high acquisition funnel throughput
* Achieve KSA's ambitios acquisition targets by reducing CAC and adding efficiencies
* Drive all product launches with BC product teams and prioritize based on market needs.
* Coordinate with product team for ELM compliance, Supply Gate and acquisition platforms
* Drive acquisition related analytics ensuring maximization of retention, available hours, quality of new captains
* Manage relations with stakeholders across RH and Food especially LIMO partners
* Managing OC operations across ‎4 cities and ensure efficient support across all channels
* Regularly engage in competitive analysis


What you'll need:
Qualifications: MBA
Experiences: ‎3.5 years in Careem, ‎7 Years total
