  • This role manages multiple Risk projects in terms of setting up and defining standards and their operationalization for action plans, testing capabilities, ensure adequate control and project management measures are implemented. This role manages end-to-end projects, policies and associated processes.

  • Assist in defining PMO standards

  • Assist in defining PMO processes & policies

  • PMO Support (planning monitoring & required escalations)

  • Act as bridge between RMG and ITD project manager for adherence of PMO process

  • Application Support for all RMG systems

  • Strong knowledge and command on using Business Object tool for report development

  • Assistance in gathering business requirements from RMG stakeholders

  • Advance excel skills to apply MACROS and other features like V-Lookup

  • Manages projects throughout the project life cycle, monitoring, controlling and reporting progress against plan, taking corrective action where necessary in order to ensure projects are implemented on time and within budget

  • Execute UAT for assigned projects

  • Understanding of data models and concepts of Relational database management system

  • Communicates effectively at both business and technical levels across the relevant areas within the Bank in order to ensure clear definition of project requirements, activities, progress and deliverables

  • Basic knowledge of using SAS tool

  • Assist in Implementing Regulatory & / Bank's Projects

  • Assist in implementing a strong Credit Risk reporting mechanism

  • Ability to gather and understand business requirements for report developments

  • Strong PMO knowledge or PMO certified ( PMI or Prince ‎2 Certification / Preparation )

  • In depth knowledge of the business, for which Information Technology solutions and services are being provided

  • Thorough knowledge of Information Technology trends and developments, limitations, and functional applications

  • Strong business analysis skills

  • Strong documentation skills

  • Structured and presentations

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Well-developed report writing skills

  • Written and spoken fluency in English

  • Bachelor degree in (Information System Management or Computer Science)

  • Fresh Graduate up to ‎2-‎3 years of experience of Project Manager in a banking or financial services environment
