We are currently recruiting for Retail Merchandisers in Riyadh and Jeddah to
manage the central and western regions respectively.
Responsibilities:
* Create, track, and analyze category specific reporting, KPIs, and dashboards.
* Weekly consolidation of stocks across all KSA stores & monthly consolidation recommendations across GCC.
* Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans.
* Daily replenishment monitoring and analysis and coming up with new systems to handle replenishment more effective and efficiently
* Logistics control and tracking (Missing category analysis linked to shipments)
* Planning and monitoring receiving of all stores.
* Season wise Allocation Planning & Execution
* Yearly, Monthly & Quarterly Sales Planning
* New store opening (Assortments, Strategy, Planning & Execution)
* Regular communication with store personnel via phone, email, or store travel
* Ensure all promotions run smoothly and the desired sales are achieved.
* Ensure the budgeted gross profit and topline sales are achieved.
* Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
* Preparation of Retail Event Calendar, Sales Forecasting and Budgeting.
* Identify risks and opportunities by SKU and work with a cross functional team to develop strategies that optimize the business
* Remain fully conversant with all orders processing through the system, working closely with the Buying team ensuring assortment plans are updated
