We will count on you to:
* Partner with inspirational people across multiple businesses to understand their needs.
* Be curious to learn our business and understand their needs to scout the best talent.
* Effectively manage the end-to-end process of ‎20-‎25 requisitions (alongside our Recruitment Coordinators).
* Use your direct sourcing techniques to present a diverse, screened candidate slate to hiring managers.
* Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant with operational tasks.
* Be meticulous about moving/dispositioning candidates through the recruitment process.
* Keep up to date with local market trends and analysis.

What you need to have:
* Solid end to end recruiting experience (as a Talent Consultant/Partner/Adviser/Recruiter).
* Sound knowledge of social media and sourcing techniques.
* A true passion for Talent Acquisition, attraction and experience.
* Strong network of quality candidates at all levels and a well-rounded understanding of the candidate market.
* Fluent in English and any other EMEA language
