• Client is chemicals company and global integrated energy. • Client Partner
from Oil and Gas industry experience is preferred and will be responsible for
managing & growing multiple customer accounts, while cultivating positive
customer experience & long-term relationships. Individuals in this role will
need to have good customer focus and communication skills in order to maintain
positive relations with customers. • Client partner specializes in assisting
and building positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction that
will translate to sales. • Primarily responsible for reaching out to customers
through calls and correspondence, arranging appointments and meetings,
discussing the extent of opportunities with customers, resolving issues and
concerns, and reporting progress to managers and supervisors. • Moreover, a
client partner may create specific programs and payment plans for clients,
provide consultations, negotiate contracts, and assess risks, all while
adhering to the policies and standards of the company. • Generate organic
leads through high volume of outbound calls, email campaigns and networking
events. • Assist sales team by cold calling and bringing in new leads and
inputting data into system. • Manage partner relationship with client and
develop go-to-market strategies. • Direct account growth via new business
development activities, and CRM across the KSA. • Apply industry best
practices to clients' interactive marketing strategies to ensure customer
satisfaction and ROI. • Specialize in C-level presentations and benchmarking
business performance. • Partner with senior executives to tailor process
architecture and supporting policies, procedures and guidelines. • Develop
effective and target segmentation on the existing portfolio to optimize
service offerings to the customer pool. • Streamline a series of new processes
to improve overall operations, while implementing excellent managerial
oversight and leadership. • Obtain excellent results relate to employee
engagement and SLA achievement. • Monitor contract compliance, SLA's and lead
process improvement plans as needed. • Identifying the key factors for
customer success to drive Account growth & positive customer engagements for
longer-term • Ensure all customer touch points are handled as planned -
onboarding process, monthly steering, quarterly c-sat, onsite visits, closing-
the-loop on client feedbacks, etc. • Previous experience in B2B client
relationships, in Oil & Gas, Energy, IT consulting, growing small engagements
into large long-term relationships
