Director of Consulting

Overview:
Director is responsible for the synchronization of all initiatives for the
practice area in Saudi Arabia, specifically for Proposal development, sales
support and marketing strategy, but also for all corporate initiatives and
strategies as well. In partnership with the Commercial organization, the
director will work to optimize advisory/consulting business in Saudi Arabia to
drive overall corporate strategy and revenue growth and delivering on budget
targets.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales organization to develop effective "issue based" account strategies related to target accounts in the Practice Area


• Retain & grow clients, keeping clients in each step of the growth pipeline cycle


• Build and maintain Frost's knowledge base with content to facilitate business development, fulfillment and employee development activities within the Practice Area


• Deliver on consulting and services engagements achieving high levels of clients satisfaction and value, resulting in repeat business


• Optimize the utilization and productivity of the consulting personnel within the Practice Area in coordination with Regional Leader and Global Leader


• Create &execute on the consulting and services strategy for the Practice Area


• Develop and drive consulting best practices across the Practice Area end to end (lead management e Post project client care)


• Execute best practices in the Practice Area for business development


• Collaborate with sales developing and implementing local KSA account strategies and growing account revenues
