  • The main purpose is to respond SAMANET Portal with respect to special judicial matters and special general cases, the role is to work on SAMANET requests, on daily biases, this role focus on processing required regarding all SAMA services & Stop dealing with customers.

  • Fulfilling duties by processing matters related to SAMA services and stop dealing with customer if SAMA service need by fulfilling a daily activity through SAMANET portal as processor.

  • Working with specific time frame that SAMA assigned for each service, and make sure all information that will provide to the regulator are correct.

  • Working on specific report that assigned by direct manager in daily or periodic biases within specific time frame.

  • Do the necessary due diligence when Performing a precise review on the reply of requests prior sending them to Checker.

  • Involve in project or initiative that related to systems or SAMA matters, assigned by direct manger.

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate with substantial experience in Compliance/Fraud Management/Risk/AML/Audit controlling sections in the banking sector.

  • ‎2-‎3 years of working experience in the banking sector.

  • ‎1-‎2 years within Compliance/Fraud Management/Risk/AML/CTF/Audit or in a control function of the bank.

  • Excellent understanding of the Retail, Private, Corporate and Investment banking products/services.

  • Excellent analytical and investigative skills

  • Seasoned experience of writing policies and departmental documents in compliance with regulations.

  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret the regulations/banking laws of the Kingdom.

  • Good understanding of all the compliance fields (FC-AML/CTF, KYC, Fraud Management)

  • Sound experience of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.

  • Excellent computer/Email skills (Microsoft word, excel, etc.)

  • Sound experience of leading teams.

  • Good Project management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), able to clearly speak and write good English - Arabic also preferred.

  • Able to effectively communicate at all levels within an organization.

  • Influencing and assertive when required and should have a 'Can Do' attitude.

  • Strong team player who can work with autonomy as well, able to work productively within the Financial Crime team and with the Business Lines/Sub Divisions.

  • Good people management, managerial and mentoring qualities in order to get the desired objectives for the department and division.

  • Attention to Detail' quality is must.
