Job Description

To support and create a more risk culture where the contract actively seeks
Risk, Quality & Assurance (RQA) input into key decisions and strategies within
the Dubai Metro contract. To deliver strategies to improve RQA outcomes, embed
frameworks standards, processes and increase visibility and accountability for
strong RQA performance within the contract by undertaking thorough and
detailed analysis from information within the Integrated Management System
(IMS)

Qualifications / Skills

Minimum Requirements for Candidates

• Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma (any engineering stream).


• Driving license


• Minimum ‎5 years of previous industry experience with Customer Service positions

Responsibilities

• In charge of the Station where deployed


• Implement Incident Solving strategy, and handle all aspect related


• Conduct First Aid and Fire Fighting response


• Handle left items in stations


• Perform Operations first Response


• Supervise sign in and sign out of Station staff


• Supervise the cleaner's staff (day and night)


• Check a work area before the Permit To Work is surrendered


• Coordination of maintenance works in stations (day and night)


• Coordinate with external services such as ambulance, police, etc.


• Log fault for maintenance team to intervene (in the logbook or contacting the Maintenance Controller)


• Give instruction to Customer Service Manager in case of degraded operations


• Grant access to the station at night


• Handle Emergency Cut-off Device, Service Emergency Plunger, Passenger Emergency Plunger


• Handle passenger evacuation from train stranded between stations and/or from stations whenever required


• Handle switch points


• Perform Operations first Interventions (level ‎0 maintenance: changing a fuse, setting a circuit breaker, changing a light, etc.)


• Monitor station equipment via SCADA workstations installed in the station control room


• Re-setting/re-configuring station's equipment (Escalator, lifts, PSDs, AFC, …)


• Access the train and train driving when required


• Train recovery (re-setting train equipment and manual driving)


• Train Station Agents on operation related subjects (technical)


• Handle and re-conciliate cash at night


• Handle the Station log book


• Handle passenger information in the station in coordination with the OCC Station Controller if required


• Ensure opening of station as per the transport plan
