Key responsibilities



  • Compile record and report information as required for accurate and up-to-date departmental records; process incoming and outgoing forms and documents according to operating procedures

  • Receive documents according to procedures; verify quantities and items received against packing slips

  • Work closely with Production Management in updating the production logs and print out the current log sheets for plant use

  • Compile operational data to assist in preparing reports & analyses setting forth progress & adverse trends

  • Production batch reconciliation

  • Update the costing report

  • Update daily production report

  • Prepare, update and issue operations minutes of meetings

  • Issue night letter (daily) with accurate product schedule

  • Print label for Customer Service, Warehouse and other related parties

  • Assist accounts department in producing job reconciliation during month end closing or when needed

  • Maintain the accuracy of the SAPsystem


Qualifications and skills



  • Degree in Operations, Engineering, Business Studies ore related

  • At least ‎1-‎2 years of working experience in Manufacturing environment is essential

  • Previous Food / Food Ingredients industry experience is preferred

  • Analytical, self-starter, independent, decisive and able to perform under pressure

  • Team player, committed

  • Able to take instruction and perform work accordingly

  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Independent, resourceful and able to take pressure under fast pace work environment
