The Unique Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead in supporting and growing our business
in (Country). This role is perfect for any member of our team in Country, or
any external candidate, who can deliver the individual sales role as well as
leadership of the Country/Office (depending upon size of office-we may change
this to be called Team Leader) and operations.
The Mission of the Role is to ensure that the (Country) Operations, and all
its staff, are effectively supported, managed and led to maximise contribution
to the company. It is a role that combines requirements for commercial
leadership and client focus, public, legal and directorial responsibilities,
and supports the ambition to have a best in class working environment for all
our staff.
You have to a good communicator, organiser and team leader to deliver such a
role successfully
Responsibilities:
Combining this role with another
We have estimated that the level of mission and tasks that are to be delivered
by such a role may vary from ‎10% to ‎20% of time, with an assumed average of
circa ‎15%. The remaining ‎85% of time should be involved with sales functions

Lead and manage the overall operations & functioning of the office

Oversee full functioning of the office in coordination with HR and Finance
* Ensure full compliance with company policy, procedure, and all legal and regulatory reporting
* Responsibility & Accountability for all compliance requirements; and power of signature and attorney on behalf of the company to execute on such activities
* Support all team members to be fully compliant with company performance and reporting norms
* Support any recruitment processes

Develop and sustain high levels of motivation by fostering a culture of team
work and collaboration

Ensure team is involved and informed of all developments as an office
* Create a culture of team involvement and co-support
* Ensure the team is involved with regional/global initiatives
* Ensure any obstacles to performance improvements are dealt with

Report on Performance and Contribution of Country OBU and Team Members

*
Update Regional and Global management Functions on performance and
developments in the team
* Ensure that the team is performing at best in class aspects in terms of sales, fulfilment, delivery, service support

Commercial Leadership

*
Support and Drive Development of the strategy for sales into Country
* Work closely with regional commercial leader and/or appointed sales leader to develop and drive strategy
* Support Local Account Executives by supporting client facing engagements
* Drive client strategy/pipeline management/CRM adherence
* Work with Global Client Leaders to ensure key/major accounts are well covered.
* Represent the company at events, webinars, workshops, client meetings, in support of Account Executives, and as part of a wider role to improve local presence


Qualifications:

* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; and able to positively engage team members collectively and individually
* Have Intercultural competence and experience working with teams.
* Ability to work autonomously, but also effectively in an international team environment.
* Being intellectually curious, and agile in thinking, with a willingness to listen and learn.
* Leadership experience, with ability to exhibit and galvanise enthusiasm
* Results driven, persistent and prepared to take a proactive approach to achieve objectives
* Ambition and self-motivation to succeed regardless of the challenge and to generate new business growth
* Have methodical working practices, be organised, and be able to effectively delegate tasks.
* Excellent Fluency with written and spoken English language. Fluency in other regional languages is desirable.
* Ability to deliver to KPIs
* Time management and task prioritization at a high level
Relevant /Useful Experience of Use
* Substantive experience of either sales, business development, commercial
* Experience of working with HR/Finance functions
* Team leadership experience
* Project/Process Leadership
* Use of excellent verbal and written communication style, with a creative and innovative flair
* The ability to generate sales through an effective strategy
* Able to work autonomously in-line with the achievement of specific individual objectives
* Ability to develop strong internal and external working relationships.
* Strong organisational and delegation skills
* The ability to create demand and awareness of the Frost & Sullivan brand and services
* Influencing skills, with a confident, proactive and methodical approach.
* Basic Knowledge of country's company and HR legal and regulatory requirements


Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience of Use
* Proven business to business services based sales /research/consulting
* Proven language fluency
* Experience of a dynamic research/consulting or professional services capability delivery
* Degree Qualification
* Masters in Business Administration is desirable.

* Leading and Assisting the team to exceed OBU sales objectives, and to grow revenue contribution per head, continuously
* Staff Morale & Engagement: demonstrated via Staff Satisfaction Surveys/Feedback
* Staff Retention
* Speed of Recruitment (if/when applicable)
* Revenue Fulfilment Contributions of Consulting and Research Teams
* Smooth running, quick and efficient support functions
* All compliance, statutory and legal duties complied with (Depending on Country)
* Supporting improving client satisfaction and growth within Country
* Driving local marketing, event organising (as appropriate), and PR activities to raise profile of the office/brand; be seen as the leader in such situations
* Ensuring systematic reporting and sharing of financial and sales results
* Supporting adherence to key company values, strategy and governance norms
