Responsibilities



  • Pro-actively reach out to customers to follow up, check utilization and ensure satisfaction.

  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.

  • Gather customer feedback and share with our product, sales and marketing teams.

  • Ensure customers have a successful experience with our product from the beginning.

  • Manage subscription renewals and handle any objections.


Qualifications
* ‎0-‎3 years experience in a similar role.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong conflict resolution skills.
* In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing software.
* Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
* Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
* Empathy and patience.
