Campus Recruiting is a specialist area within Recruitment. We are currently
recruiting a Campus Recruiter to support all Service Groups within Accenture
across the Middle East region. The aim of the organisation is to hire the best
graduate entry level talent for the firm in a competitive environment.
You will be assisting the team in hiring interns and full-time graduates at
undergraduate and/or MBA level as well as helping to execute events and
marketing initiatives, assist with on-boarding, and generally support the
team's administration. This role provides the opportunity to interact with
senior stakeholders and work with service group leads across all business
areas while managing interns through internship periods. You will be
recruiting mainly for UAE and KSA.
Key Responsibilities
* Campus Recruitment
* Manage recruitment needs for interns and full-time analysts.
* Engage with members of the business to support recruiting initiatives.
* Organise and lead recruitment events.
* Plan interview schedules and facilitate assessment centres.
* Compile data and analyse campus trends.
* Identify various opportunities and develop new ideas that will contribute to innovating the Campus offering.
* Coordination of the summer/final year internship programs.
* Collaborate on global and regional campus recruitment "best practice" initiatives.
* Engage with wider HR to promote visibility of campus portfolio.
* Localization and Diversity
* Measure and forecast diversity and localization metrics in line with Accenture goals.
* Work with different teams to assist in in internal and external Diversity and Localization campaigns.
* Represent our company at various career events (like job fairs)
* Create Diversity and Localization talent pipeline for proactive hiring for current or future demands.
We are looking for
* Strong Campus Recruitment experience and management of high volumes of candidates.
* Consulting recruiting background preferred, but not required.
* Strong database and MS Office skills - Excel, ATS systems (if possible), Word, Outlook, Powerpoint.
* Evidence of stakeholder management while able to demonstrate outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
* Proven track record of initiative and ownership with a sense of drive and professionalism.
* Results-oriented with impeccable attention to detail and an ability to prioritize work and multi-task.
* Enthusiastic approach to work, eagerness and ability to learn with a proactive, can-do attitude.
