E-commerce Key Account Manager
An exciting opportunity has opened-up for an E-commerce Key Account Manager
in the KSA Consumer Team. Reporting to the* E-commerce Lead - GCC this
role offers the successful candidate significant development opportunities,
operating in a multifunctional environment and being accountable for
supporting the development and execution of key innovation as well as leading
KC 's category share growth opportunities within a customer/channel.
E-commerce Key Account Manager oversees online Sales Channel with P &L
responsibility; main KPIs involve NSV, GM%, GP, online vs offline market
share, & e-DPSM; he/she is responsible to drive KC online commercial strategy
with Pure Players while support sharpen the omni channel strategy with Brick &
Mortar Customers.
On this position you are going to:
1.Build strategic partnerships with Key E-Com players through design &
implementation of robust annual joint business plans
2.Keep eye on new players; ensure 100% channel coverage through activation of
new customers
3.Lead annual BDA negotiations ensuring agreements are concluded inline with
KC commercial policy
4.Drive e-DPSM agenda to sharpen KC digital competitive edge; ensuring online
market shares > offline market shares which involves
a.Distribution: product listing & distribution inline with MSL guidelines
b.Pricing: Pricing & promotion implementation inline with pricing policy
c.Shelving: Fair online share inline or ahead of KC market share
d.Merchandising: Advanced E-content featuring across all digital touchpoints,
fair share of search, e-planogramming & digital displays
5.Unlock revenue/profit growth through developing & implementing an RGM
pipeline involving 'Product/price architecture, Product/Customer Mix, & GTN
optimization initiatives'
6.Develop marketing programs in liaison with marketing peers to drive online
awareness, consideration & conversion to KC products; ensure e-commerce gets
its fair share of marketing & digital support
7.Work closely with Brick & Mortar KAMs to sharpen execution of an Omni
Channel Strategy
8.Competitive Analysis: Analyze shopper/sell in, sell-out/Nielsen/scan data
regularly and generate insights to improve execution & sales results; Monitor
and benchmark competitor activities
9.New Products Rollout: Ensure Best in class rollout of new KC products
10.Financial Reconciliation: Ensure Timely collection of customer receivables,
& quarter financial reconciliations
*Required Qualifications:
* Commercial and communication skills/ strategic & Innovative thinking / Coordination with Sales, Digital Marketing & Supply Chain
* 3+ years sales and negotiation experience
* Fluent in English, good presentation skills,
* Experience in e-commerce either in FMCG/grocery retailer or e-commerce company
* Digitally savvy - knowledgeable on e-commerce vocabulary
* Challenger mindset, capacity of leading projects with many internal customers
* Experience in customer business planning, process, & tools (ie forecasting, budgeting, merchandising)
