Education and Licensure
* Minimum (Bachelor) degree in HR Management, Business Administrative, or any related field from accredited University or College.
* Preferred any certifications in human resources such as Human Resource Management (SHRM) and (CIPD).
Professional Experience:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition, Personnel, or any related fields.
* Preferably working in a hospital.
General Knowledge & Skills:
* High English language proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking.
* Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Excel is a must
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Very well interpersonal and customer relation skills
