Responsible for Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your
team, and also resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
1. Implement customer service methodologies, procedures and tools of Customer
Relationship Management department.
2. Review customer care practices on a continual basis to make sure that all
customers are getting the attention they deserve.
3. Develop an understanding of what customers are looking for and present
suggestions to other departments to improve services,
4. Address any customer issues and problems quickly to reflect the regard in
which each customer is held.
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure their
continued allegiance to the Organization 's.
6. Responsible to evaluate of Customer Relationship Management tools, and
make recommendation for new tools to improve Customer Relationship Management
services.
7. Follows all Hospital policies and procedures.
8. Participates in self and others education, training and development, as
applicable.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Master 's, or Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Management, Communication,
Public Relation or related discipline is required.
