Frost & Sullivan in Saudi Arabia is at the centre of Firm's regional growth
plans, as business here is poised for an ambitious pace of growth in pursuit
of opportunities in both government and private sectors. We are seeking an
experienced and exceptionally talented business development professional to
join our Saudi Arabia team. The person is required to network, promote and
sell Frost & Sullivan's advisory services to companies and conglomerates
cutting across various industry sectors.
A brief description of the responsibilities this position entails is given
below. However, it may not be construed as final, as the incumbent may be
required to discharge additional responsibilities.


Job Objectives:
* Through account mapping, contact development, lead generation, and generating opportunities for the Commercial Head of KSA.
* Nurture and strengthen relationships with key executives in targeted accounts with the aim of generating dialogs and leads
* Support in revenue generation by developing/maintaining client relationships and positioning Frost & Sullivan's services.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure existing accounts are contacted and qualified with the aim of further developing client relationships and generating revenue, including identification of additional revenue streams.
* Proactively build relationships with existing and potential clients to gain a greater understanding of current/future business needs, and to further Company's business interests
* Build and maintain client relationships with C-level executives within key accounts
* Consult with clients to understand key requirements, strategic direction, and provide solutions
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in-line with Frost & Sullivan's capabilities and services
* Meet and exceed personal sales targets and activity quotas by aggressively utilizing prospecting tools provided
* Utilize social networking tools including video (client intros & proposals) to identify and pursue new leads within assigned accounts/territories
* Make outbound prospecting calls and communicate via email and social media with C-level executives
* Enter documentation regarding all client activities and communications into a company CRM in an accurate and timely manner
* Participate, as needed, in all aspects of the sale including; qualifying activities and client meetings, needs assessments, delivering formal presentations and proposals, and closing new business
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
* Be bilingual in English and Arabic.
* Minimum of ‎2 years of experience working in a related sales environment
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and information in a professional business environment
* Previous experience with meeting sales targets and activity quotas
* Previous experience with CRM
* Expertise in lead generation, through social media and other sources
* Previous experience in outbound, fact-finding, and introductory business-to-business (B2B) calls as well as effectively communicating with clients and prospective clients via email
* Proven track record and consistency in delivering results within KSA for professional services
* Previous experience of generating new business and nurturing business relationships
