Our newest opportunity is for a Country Manager - Saudi Arabia, based in
Riyadh.
This critical role will be responsible for setting the business strategy and
leading the growth of our Advisory business lines across Saudi Arabia. The
ideal candidate must be self-motivated and bring energy, drive and passion to
their work. They must have the ability to collaborate across the Middle East,
and build upon the success of our existing team, demonstrating an exceptional
business development ability to bring in new work and opportunities.
Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include:
§ Developing and delivering the business strategy ensuring alignment to
regional Advisory Strategic Objectives
§ Having a clear vision of opportunities and target markets while also
expanding into new service lines. This will involve collaboration with
regional Heads of Departments ensuring the successful delivery of existing
projects
§ Ensuring teams deliver on Client Care
§ Positively promoting the Saudi business through regular attendance at
marketing events/conferences to build a network of relationships to assist in
the growth of the business. The candidate should be able to demonstrate
his/her ability to grow a large database of contacts of professional networks
and be comfortable with networking and media public speaking.
§ Ensuring CBRE is considered best in class and a trusted advisor to clients.
§ Improving the financial performance, top line and bottom line of Saudi
Arabia business
§ Ensuring correct and skilled resources are in place to support business
objectives
§ Driving a highly engaged and collaborative team across Saudi Arabia
Key Requirements
§ Demonstrable experience leading a successful business operating at a senior
level
§ Strong leadership and people management abilities
§ Advanced level of commercial business planning and execution
§ Excellent budget and financial management skills
§ Ability to work in a challenging environment
§ Excellent communication skills
§ Ability to build strong relations with clients
Experience
§ To be successful in this role, we expect that your career will have a
minimum of 10 years relevant experience supported by a relevant university
degree.
§ You are an active member of industry related Associations such as RICS.
§ Bilingual communication in Arabic will be viewed favorably.
