About the Role:
The HR Officer will be Responsible to provide all personnel and administrative
support to HR Manager within Almarai policies and procedures and deliver
better employees personnel services by reviewing various documents, preparing
of performance reports.
Requirement :
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
Bachelor degree in Business administration, Marketing, or public relations.
Saudi National.
Proficient in English communication language (verbal and written).
0 -2 years of experience in in related field.
COMPETENCIES:
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage his time and his work.
Able to analyse and interpret information.
Ability to resolve issues and suggest solutions).
Self–driven, result oriented.
Confidential, loyal with good interpersonal relationship and communications
skills.
Good team Player and Hard working.
A fast learner to new ideas and should be innovative.
