About this opportunity


We are now looking for a Post Sales Contract Manager will have solid
experience in contract management managing the obligations between customer &
Ericsson, to secure that scope fulfillment is according to the commercial &
business model conditions and business case, exclusions, penalties and upsides
of scope are managed with customer. The Post Sales Contract Manager will have
experience in setting up internal governances with stakeholders to conduct
awareness of contract, management of scope and preparation for customer
governances on a periodic basis. Experience in complex managed services, BSS
transformations, Radio Network delivery and Digital Services solutions is a
key necessity.


What you will do



  • Work with the core ‎3 team in the sales engagement phase together with solution and fulfilment team to define the contract strategy aligned business case & commercial conditions accordance to the contract being managed

  • Ensure right terms and conditions including compliance to company policies, sales directives during the sales process of new deals and existing contract lifecycle & managing all change control & amendments with the sales team in a timely manner

  • Ensure strict contractual scope is established to protect against any profit leakage through scope creep with management against volume discount, price incentives or vouchers

  • Lead the Change Request Process from a contractual perspective with strong governance with delivery teams in the ‎3 market area domains - Managed Services, Networks and Digital Services (subject to the scope of delivery & where relevant)

  • Negotiate and resolve commercial disputes and settlements relating to the contracted scope with a strong governance and planning internal and then externally with customer defending with strong exclusions management & negotiation tactics

  • Provide contract knowledge, guidance, and assistance on interpretation of contractual clauses.

  • Provide internal guidance on mitigation claims and resolve any critical issues via commercial governance.

  • Maintain knowledge of operational issues which could result in commercial disputes.

  • Advise operational teams on commercial risk mitigation strategies.

  • Protect Ericsson's rights under contract and ensure the proper performance of the respective party's obligations.

  • Defend and improve profitability and working capital via professional risk- and claim management.

  • Monitor and follow-up execution of the contract with knowledge share sessions within the account team sharing the latest contractual commitments and position overall from financial, delivery & performance and risks.

You will bring



  • ‎7 or more years of contract management or other comparable experience such as account management or finance.

  • Experience and expertise in negotiating Mobile Financial Services / Solutions, Telco cloud services and solutions, Enterprise Services and Solutions and or Private Network or new industry sector telco services / solutions

  • Bachelor's degree as a minimum

  • Excellent commercial and financial understanding

  • Awareness of contractual and business law

  • Customer interface and negotiation experience

  • Risk and claim management experience

  • Excellent communication and relationship development skills

  • Tenacious, determined, and self-managing

  • Attention to detail!

  • IACCM certified or equivalent is a plus!
