OSITION OBJECTIVE - The position is responsible to represent the brand by
maximizing and contributing to the sales within the store through exceptional
customer service and retail experience -
* erform various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager / assistant store manager K
ey Responsibilities -
* ust possess knowledge of varied cosmetics products and accessories -
* emonstrate excellent make-up selling skills -
* ecommend and link customer specific products -
* dentify customer requirements and deliver excellent customer services -
* rand representation at the required standards with updated product knowledge and minimized stock loss -
* nsure all stock is laid out and displayed in order to attract customers and as per standard layout norms -
* nsure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence -
* nsure the highest standards of housekeeping standards -
* andle the POS (Point of Sale) / Billing Counter -
* reet the customers and assist them in selecting the right product -
* ust be presentable and well-groomed at all the times -
* ally money in the cash during the beginning / end of the shifts -
* rocess the payments by cash / credit cards / vouchers / automatic debits -
* ssue receipts / refunds / change to the customers correctly -
* onvert the window shoppers to ultimate buyers -
* romote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program of the company for repeat sales -
* lexible to work for extended hours during the Sale / Festival period -
* ecord the inventory inward / outward and maintain the report of the same -
