Key responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to:
* Develop customer's brand loyalty
* Maintain excellent customer relationships and high levels of client satisfaction
* Ensure professional growth and training of the staff
* Oversee visual merchandising practices and standards and make sure that they are in line with the corporate visual merchandising guidelines
* Reflect the brand's corporate image in terms of standing and ensure that the staff is also aligned to the brand's DNA
* Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor
Key requirements for the role include:
* Extensive experience with delivering excellent guest service levels gained in a luxury retail or hospitality environment
* Detailed oriented, with strong coaching, leadership and management skills
* Knowledgeable and passionate about the luxury fashion industry
* Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
