This role will be based in Riyadh - KSA and responsible provide all clinical
software support to customers served by Agfa Healthcare in the region, the
support scope will include solution presentation, configuration, medical staff
training.
Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Main responsibilities:
* Pre-Sales Support: Conduct clinical and workflow demonstration on Agfa's IT healthcare solutions including advanced clinical applications, in addition to attending congress events and delivering efficient presentation for groups of interested clients.
* Projects Implementations: This includes Software applications configuration & Go live support at the client sites, Conduct clinical training and presentations for the medical facility staff (Nurses, Technicians, Radiologists, Cardiologists, …etc)
* Post-Sales support: Work with the clients on raised complains / requests, training requirements, preform regular on-site visits and interpretation of the communicated technical complains to Agfa's technical teams, in order to maintain high level of customer's satisfaction.
Education and Experience
* Radiography / Biomedical degree or similar educational background.
* Practical minimum 3-year experience in same / similar medical fields
* Knowledge of the hospitals and departments clinical workflow (Radiology, Cardiology, ...)
Skills & Requirements
* Ability to travel and be at customer sites 70-80% of the working time (annual average)
* Fluent in Arabic and English is must
* Strong presentation and demonstration skills (ability to deliver effective presentations to large groups)
