Job Description


Accountabilities:
* Customer acquisition & creation
* Portfolio and Target Setting for all customers
* Account management of new and existing customers
* Comfortable with commuting and managing different customers
* Able to extract and analyze data
* Creative pivotal thinking (Sales, KA Management, Marketing)
* Dynamic team player able to collaborate with direct colleagues and Cross Functional Teams
* Design and build workstream Trackers based on business needs
* Keep track and issue Credit Notes and Activity sheets in line with Finance SLAs and SOPs
* Prepare CDA data and drive business through performance measures and sales achievements
* Able to manage and drive sales towards set AOP targets; utilizing direct and indirect tools
* Summarize Customer Performance; monthly, quarterly, annually
Measures:
* Sales Target and SSFL market shares inside Customer Stores.
* Industry Expertise.
* Execution Excellence.
* CDA Implementation.
* Weekly Activity Implementation & Updates.
Monthly Reconciliations & Collection.


Qualifications/Requirements



  • ‎5+ Years of FMCG Experience and/or Vendor Management

  • Bachelors Degree in Business/MIS/Marketing; Masters Degree is a plus

  • Functional Competencies: Building winning relationships, Negotiation, Selling.

  • Leadership Competencies: Decision Making, Innovating, Driving for Results, Motivating & Inspiring Others, Acting with Integrity.
    Sales experience, Analytical skills and Data mining
    Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Standard Relocation
    Job Type: Regular
