lasting value, from large scale Ceremonies to immersive shows, from events and
brand experiences to destination experiences.

more than ‎140 people coming from ‎20 countries and it operates through ‎4
divisions and two companies in Middle East: Ceremonies Division; Events and
Brand Experiences Division; Destination Experiences Division; Immersive Shows
Division ; BWS-KSA (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia); HQWS (Dubai, UAE). From
our headquarters in Milan, we seek wonder all around the world.

The role

Reporting directly to the Production Department Director, the Program
Manager works on her side executing the best approach to planning of the
BWS-KSA , the branch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia based in Riyadh,
multi-project pipeline .

We look for an experienced Producer in the live entertainment industry who can
support the Director and the Project Managers in the crucial planning phase of
projects, assuring complete kick-off moments and resources onboarding with
respect to delegation, procedure, timing, economic result, raising any alerts
in case of need.

Potentially involved in direct project execution, he/she must be able to
switch from the analytical perspective to the big picture, partnering with the
Director in the supervision of all aspects to guarantee that all critical
production & creative needs are covered, including resources assignment,
creative process development, planning definition, budgeting, internal
procedures compliance.

Main responsibilities

• Manages projects taking care of the very initial phases of team definitions,
onboarding of key-roles, writing and presentation of scopes of work, schedules
and staffing plans;
* Ignites and nurture the recruiting processes and network of local as well as international professionals, interacting with the BWS practices and tools and proposing new ones that take in consideration the KSA context;
* Shapes the right team by activating the local and international network of professionals to fulfill the project needs;
* Creates project budget templates and is responsible for all the documentation needed to build them (i.e. milestones, masterplans, Organizational Charts, estimates and comparison);
* Manages the advancement of tasks to meet contractual milestones and report on this regularly;
* Supervises and supports the operational management of the production, creative and business team, assigning priorities and tasks;
* Provides leadership and direction to staff, managing the workflow process through regular check-ins to ensure high quality creative production output;
* Plays a crucial role to facilitate team job and ensure collaboration, reducing conflicts, helping solve problems at all levels and stimulating concentration in all phases of the project.

Requirements

• +‎8 years of work experience in large-scale events and/or ceremonies
industry;
* This is a Riyadh-based role, availability to relocate is required ;
* Excellent skills in time management and in defining priorities;
* Excellent problem solving & decision-making skills;
* Accuracy, attention to details, punctuality;
* Positive and easy-going attitude;
* Curiosity, open mind e attitude to listen;
* Ability to work in team;
* Ability to communicate effectively with any variety of seniority and cultural background;
* Excellent level of English both written and spoken;
* Excellent IT skills (OSX, Windows, Office suite, Pages suite);
* Italian spoken and written is a plus.
