Tahaluf is rewriting the events playbook. Its purpose is transformational, its

will scale to further increase its lead as the largest B2B Live and On Demand
Events organiser in Saudi Arabia: by SQM, Attendance, Colleagues and Revenue.

Job Description

The Role

The main purpose of this role will be to assist the sales team with all
administration - pricing, enquiries/contracts/orders, following up leads,
handling customer relationships, account management, after sales support, and
ad-hoc administration. Administers sales process, keeps sales pipelines up to
date and identifies information and improvements that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Works with Sales and Marketing teams to make changes to sales collateral and
brochures, including floorplans (events), media campaign delivery (digital)
etc.
Works within Salesforce to ensure campaigns are accurate to report
effectively, ensure that Salesforce and all supporting systems integrate
efficiently.
Works within a team which owns the full Rebook process and co-ordinates with
multiple stakeholders to execute on each event/solution.
Communicating with customers to get the desired information, through e-mail,
telephone calls and social channels, answers their queries/request.
Maintaining customer records in Salesforce and all peripheral systems
Generating client leads as well as making efforts towards increasing the
number of customers, answers client queries and prepares/checks sales
documentation such as contacts etc.
Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered on time,
manages project deliverables and updates accordingly.
Creates and analyse sales reports on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis, and sales
pipelines, using data from multiple sources. Presents sales figures to senior
sales team/management.


Qualifications

Qualifications

* Minimum of ‎2 years ' experience in Sales Admin
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Qualities & experience
Communication skills, Customer service, IT skills such as Microsoft Office,
CRM, Organisational skills, Ability to prioritise workload, Attention to
detail, Meeting deadlines, Ability to work well in a team
