Business Development Coordinator - Riyadh

Due to the rapid growth of our Middle East business, we currently have an
opportunity for a highly motivated BD coordinator with a proven track record
of working effectively in the region, understanding, and navigating the
cultural environment.
The focus of the role would be to provide administrative support to the
business development team, reporting directly to the regional Business
Development Manager and supporting other lines of business such as
consultants, finance and operations.


Essential Requirements
• • Conduct all biding admin activities from registration up till proposal
submission and follow ups for the region.
* Support sales pipeline management and update, track leads, follow up on proposals, and coordinate with the Salesforce users to ensure data accuracy.




  • Maintain and update the company's CRM database with accurate information on clients, prospects, and leads.




  • Responsible for managing and maintaining a structured Proposal folder for the region.




  • Keep a clean record (shared folder) for all legal documents, contracts and NDAs and update everyone on issues/progress.




  • Generate reports to track progress and success of all business development activities.




  • Supports the business development team in developing proposals and sales pitch.




  • Clients' events and meeting coordination (venue booking authorization, invitation, etc..)




  • Provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing expense reports.




Desirable Requirements
* Arabic proficiency.




  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.




  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.




  • Strong organizational and project management skills.




  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




  • Familiarity with salesforce.




  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.




  • Willingness to travel as required.




  • Proactive, enquiring approach




  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
