To support Serco’s continuous delivery of world class services, we are looking
for a Senior Manager - Asset Management to join our Advisory Services team.
In the Middle East, we employ more than ‎5,500 people across four countries
including the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and

Key accountabilities
Providing governance input and advice to the Project Director in the delivery
of the contract Having communication skills, strategic thinking and leadership
of change. Assessment of governance and identification of areas for
improvement. Benefiting from local and international best practices and
standard methodologies. Preparing and developing University policies and
regulations. Formulating regulations and manuals. Spreading the culture of
governance and providing advice in it. Training the concerned persons in the
university on the governance system and its applications. Liaising with
stakeholders to achieve alignment and raise the level of governance in the
university. Following up the implementation of governance, testing and
developing it on a continuous basis. Evaluate corporate governance structures
and assess risk management strategies. Analyze data to provide recommendations
for organizational change and development. Advise the client on legal,
operational and structural considerations. Research and interpret national and
international regulations, as applicable. Facilitate the development of
corporate governance policies and procedures. Develop and implement
initiatives. Monitor implementation of governance changes and make revisions
when necessary. Liaise with key stakeholders and external partners to ensure
compliance with applicable regulations.

* In-depth understanding of corporate governance norms and industry practices.
* Knowledge of international regulations and current compliance requirements.
* Familiarity with risk management strategies, internal control framework and processes.
* Ability to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.
* Expertise in interpreting regulation, policies and procedures
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Specific Requirements :
Master‘s degree in one of the administration specializations or equivalent
Ability to positively influence key stakeholders within the Contract and
business areas.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Ability to liaise in a professional manner with staff at all levels in the
organisation and with external parties.
Ability to develop self and contribute to the development of others across the
Team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a
fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical and governance skills.
