Savvy Games Studios (SGS) mission is to create a world-leading game studios in
Saudi Arabia, creating high-quality games for international audiences. Also to
help Saudi's passionate gaming sector to develop homegrown IP and more
broadly, make KSA a global hub for gaming.

As part of the SGS team, you will work alongside the best global gaming
talents who have relocated to Riyadh to be part of the ambitious group, and
innovative, passionate and hardworking Saudis.

SGS is looking for a Communication & Events Specialist, to execute and support
internal communications, internal & external events and support with the
studio's social networks.

You will work closely with the studio Leadership team on all studio related
communications to employees in order to ensure the best team engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication to employees:

• Propose creative and innovative ways to communicate with employees.


• Propose and ensure SGS has the right Employee communications channels to maintain SGS culture, values and a sense of community among our employees.


• Propose and publish HR related key messaging on company intranet platform.


• Propose and run staff engagement programs (ex: annual employee survey, employee recognition and long service awards, etc)


• Create communication assets, newsletters, videos according to our brand guidelines.


• Take and edit photographs/video assets.

Events (Internal & External)
* Ensure a clear events calendar (Recruitment events, university workshops, internal events, etc)
* Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders for communication & events purpose
* Plan and monitor events, including working with vendors, manage purchase orders, announcements, communication etc.
* Ensure staff engagement in company initiatives.
* Ensure internal/External events are visible on social media, when relevant.
* Support in coordination of Recruitments activities

Visual Communications Design:
* Work with our agencies to understand and adapt to our brand vision;
* Create visual designs and guidelines for official digital communications, PowerPoint presentations, etc..
* Have a sense for rapid iteration and the consideration of multiple concepts; create visual material that meets the stakeholders needs
* Work on multiple projects and respect deadlines

Others:
* Collaborate on the employer brand materials to position SGS as a great place to work
* Produce assets/videos promoting SGS as an employer of choice
* Ensure coordination in production of goodies

Qualification:
* Strong experience in design on Photoshop/ PowerPoint/ Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, video editing
* At least ‎2 years' experience in communications or branding/ organizing events/ marketing/ campus activities, online advertising, marketing, promotions
* Fluent English communication
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to effectively present ideas - both verbally and visually.
* Ability to work from brief to final product (fast iterations)
* Excellent initiative, self-motivation, organizational and problem-solving skills, teamwork.
* Friendly and energetic
* A Gamer with passion for games is an additional plus
