As the HR Manager of Tahreez Company you will be responsible for:
* Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
* Manage the talent acquisition process and partner with the managers on candidate selection
* Manage the onboarding and offboarding process
* Manage the employees development programs and assign needed training to enhance the employees overall engagement and productivity
* Maintain the reward structure by conducting periodic pay surveys; conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay
* Manage employees performance process including developing employees objectives and employees evaluation.
* Ensures compliance with MHRSD laws and regulations
* Maintain high level HR operational efficiency.
Your skills and Experience
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR
