• Al-Majarah corner trading co. , is looking for a full-time Accounting
Manger, minimum 5 years of experience who will be working in our corporate
office in Riyadh, knowledge of local tax regulations and labor law & Business
Knowledge of P&L to increase the efficiency in day to day transactions, to
have a smooth cash flows, manage accounts and book keeping. Responsible for
administration and accounting functions.
Responsibilities
• Book Keeping.
• Allocation & Preparation of Vouchers.
• Maintaining all cash payments and all Bank Payments to employees, Suppliers
and Sub-Contractors.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Maintaining Books for immediate status overview.
• Calculation and allocation of prepaid expenses.
• Calculation and allocation of depreciation of all fixed assets items.
• Calculation and allocation of End of Service and indemnities.
• Monthly Calculation of Payroll, overtime and GOSI payments.
• Internal & External Audit Clarifications.
• Accounting as per GAM (Group Accounting Manual).
• Yearly bonus calculation as per the contract and achievements of individuals
• Corporate Insurance for the company and all employees including their
dependents individuals’ medical insurance,
• Support in Financial budgeting and forecasting,
• Preparing Bottom Up Budget,
• Preparation of detailed financial statements with copies of all supporting
documents for External Audits.
• To obtain signed and stamped Auditors’ report and Audited Financial
Statements.
• To prepare all Tax Returns.
• Quarterly filling of VAT returns to Tax authorities with all supporting
documents.
• Monthly reporting including BS, P/L account, Debit/Credit Notes issued and
detailed statements of all accounts included in the chart of accounts.
• Monthly updating and reporting of Financial Plans.
• Maintaining of all insurance policies including corporate, personal, Work
and vehicles.
• Collection of account receivables.
