The Job purpose:
- you will be responsible for employing qualified persons while maintaining a
positive candidate experience by determining the sources, reaching out to
possible candidates for the currently open jobs, and coordinating the
recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Preparing recruitment plans and reports quarterly and annually
- Creating and publishing job ads in different gates
- Communicating with potential employees through professional groups on
social media and during events
- Cooperating with employment managers to set qualification criteria for
future employees
- Contacting people on the initial stages to create brief lists of qualified
candidates
interviewing candidates for a wide range of roles (beginner, large, and
executive)
- Tracking employment measures, including employment time, full-time, and
employment source
- Designing, distributing, and measuring the results of the candidate
experience questionnaires
- Training employees and advising them on interviewing techniques and
evaluation methods
- Hosting and participating in work fairs
- Following up with the candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining a database for potential candidates for vacancies in the future
Qualification: Essential Two (2) Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent field Preferred Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent field Experience: Diploma Two (2) years experience in Recruitment Bachelor Degree Fresh graduate
