Accountant Duties and Responsibilities: • Monitor the timely and accurate
performance of the accounts receivable function. • Keeping track of all
payments and expenditures including purchase orders, invoices statements, etc.
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts. • Identify Item cost
break even points. • Identify Item profitability. • Prepare the cost of goods
sold as part of the month-end close. Month end inventory costings, valuation
and completeness. • Managing bank accounts, maintaining financial records and
performs banking operations. • Maintain the Assets included Amortization and
Adjustment on monthly basis. • Prepare monthly statements and reconciles
financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. •
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing
balance sheet, profit and loss statements, cashflows and other reports. •
Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing and
interpreting data. • Conduct the quarterly VAT filing/reconciliation to be
