Your responsibilities

• Upon sales documents receipt from Sales, Review of Contract documents and ensure that all order documentation required is available and aligned -Payment terms, incoterms, transport mode (Sea/Air) PO, T &Cs, price, currency etc.


• Book Order accurately into order management system (SAP) after the necessary local approval matrix.


• Commercial take over from Sales, Invoice placements as per payment terms and internal requirements


• Ensure that orders are booked and properly handover within the targeted time and communicate effectively with all the stake holders


• Arrange Internal project kickoff meeting with cross functional team if the orders requires


• Maintain with full responsibility the Material Master with high quality (SAP)


• Support Sales team for checking the customer status, credit limit, etc


• Learn the PAMA product / Service portfolio's and book order with high quality


• During the execution of the order and follow up with all involve functions and monitor order status to reduce the risk of delay and ensure OTD


• Continuous monitor and control the order documentation is maintained in the share point / One drive. Directly responsible for maintaining and updating the documentation for respective projects as per quality process


• Project milestone update & cost planning in SAP/Excel


• Reporting the orders intake on weekly basis to the management


• Keeps all dates updated in SAP based on production schedule , material availability and supplier and customer confirmation


• Response to customer requests on the orders and provide updates in a timely manner.


• Review overdue payments of the customer before booking the order


• Acknowledge customers complaints and involve the right team members, and provide update to the customer


• Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams


• Builds long-term and sustainable customer relationships and prioritizes the work according to the defined criteria, in order to ensure consistent customer satisfaction


• Support execution team to follow up with suppliers and customers on drawings submission and drawing approval with the support of sales / operation team.

Your background

• Ideally, you'll hold a Bachelor 's Degree in Science / Engineering / Commerce, with the following requirements:


• Minimum ‎5 - ‎7 years 'of experience


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally


• Prefer to have SAP experience.


• Required experience in order booking and invoicing.


• Should have strong customer management experience, positive and solution-oriented attitude.
