Operations Admin Assistant
Main Responsibilities
* Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, events, visits, travels, conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.
* Provide general support to visitors
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, generate reports and take accurate minutes of meetings
* Research and creates presentations
* Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and data entry
* Manage mill communication.
* Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
* Submit and reconcile expense reports and raise Purchase orders
* Cover the reception desk when required
* Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
* Coordinate repairs to office equipment
Key Competencies / Skills
* Proven admin or assistant experience
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Proficient in MS Office
Required Qualification / Experiences
The candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
* Arabis and English language
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
