Job Description

To lead the multi-functional / dimensional Electrical Maintenance Team within
the plant, while always ensuring that assets are managed, maintained and
operated at world class standards in the areas of safety, quality and cost. To
be an active and integral member of the Mill Leadership Team. Providing input
on strategic and tactical plans for the Plant.

Responsibilities

Environment, Health and Safety
* Drive a world class safety culture within the electrical Maintenance functions, while driving a ZERO reportable injury frequency rate within the facility.
* Drive compliance to OSHA and safety standards. And be the owner of Hazardous Energy Control & Electrical Safe Work Practice.
* Drive EHS culture change and ensure compliance to internal & external regulations and to the Company Safety Performance, Health and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures.
* Comply to all safety objectives and follow all the safe work instructions and SOPs
* Ensure that all the machine safety guards and interlocks are meeting machinery safety standards

Quality & Compliance
* ensuring quality targets are met as per objectives of the facility, by ensuring assets are maintained to the correct standard.
* Continually comply with all KCC, Regulatory & Control requirements, while at all-times driving accountability and compliance within the electrical Maintenance teams

Main Responsibilities
* Lead electrical team to undertake a range of maintenance department and be responsible in delivering electrical department KPI 's.
* Understanding of lean manufacturing principles, and support sustainability and Continuous Improvement programs within maintenance department and ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality level using 5S methodology, energy consumption optimization, SAP PM, TPM, Six Sigma, Operating Excellence and maintenance effectiveness improvement. And Machinery Reliability Improvement Programs.
* Implement, execute, and document all Preventive maintenance activities.
* Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve, with minimal downtime to production and Carry out diagnosis of faults and Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems. Ensure all lost time, minor and trivial accidents are reported and Promote environmental issues and ensure all company procedures are understood and followed and Ensure a safe working environment.
* Prepare electrical department budget, track spending, analyze cost and lead cost improvement strategy. And be responsible on leading areas of development to achieve operational cost KPIs.
* Be responsible about facility management maintenance performance in cooperation with all concerned third parties and contractors.
* Create electrical department short- and long-term strategy in accordance with company vision, delivering the strategy to support mill KPI's. Lead electrical team transformation to new modern style.
* Manage Self & Team Development and Willing for Learning and Coaching. Lead electrical team Learning, Coaching, career development plans and be responsible on execution of the training matrix and drive multifunction development improvement to build talents and develop employees' skills. And Lead the Inclusions and Diversity culture and provide a communication point between electrical department and all other cross functions and Act as first point of contact.

Required Qualifications
* Electrical Engineering bachelor's degree is a must
* Minimum of ‎5 years previous experience in industrial manufacturing within multinational organization
* Strong Knowledge of industry standards, processes and specifications related to manufacturing electrical systems
* Experience working with different PLC platforms such as Siemens & Rockwell and process and instrumentation diagrams
* Valid Saudi Engineers Council "SEC" Membership Certificate
* Excellent business acumen, management, and Leadership skills
* Has excellent English communication and presentation skills, experience utilizing tools such as SAP, MS Office Suite
