What You Will Do:
* Leading a team of warehouse associates, ensuring the efficient execution of all warehouse activities, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility.
* Promoting safety, optimizing inventory management, coordinating logistics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Responsible of managing the daily SAP transaction in terms of entering the received, shipped, produced stocks, and finished goods.
* Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration, open communication, and a strong commitment to achieving operational goals.
* Ensure accurate and timely execution of warehouse processes to meet customer demands and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts, storage systems, and material handling equipment to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
* Monitor and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to uphold accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inventory control strategies, including cycle counting, stock rotation, and product availability.
* Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and investigate any discrepancies to minimize stockouts, overstock, and product obsolescence.
* Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate replenishment activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize carrying costs.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency enhancements within the warehouse operations.
Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience (‎3- ‎5 years) in a warehouse leadership role, preferably within a supply chain or logistics environment.


• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.


• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


• Proficiency in using (SAP) System


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.


• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
