Job Summary & Objective: Provide leadership in developing, achieving, and
maintaining high quality technology integration into teaching, learning and
assessment, throughout all educational settings in order to support
instructors in enhancing curriculum delivery and evaluation, and thus
improving student performance.
Designs training programs, including classroom lectures, online courses, and
self-study sessions.
Develops and updates course content and coordinates learning curriculum to
reflect learning needs.
Conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and
recommends training methods accordingly.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
Function as a liaison with Department Heads and Academic Coordinators to
ensure seamless coordination of technology tools supporting curriculum,
instruction, and assessment.
Provide Educational Technology guidance and expertise for instructors.
Act as a technical mentor and guide to instructors in the development and
maintenance of new technology-based curricula and in applying technology to
instructional processes.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to design, develop, and deliver
Educational Technology initiatives that align with the needs of the classroom.
Assist Examiners in supporting students during online assessments.
Develop and review instructional technology practices using appropriate
applications and/or platforms.
Support Educational Technology use through daily advising, collaborating, and
training of teachers both in and out of the classroom.
Provide support for Educational Technology devices, systems, and content.
Recommend hardware, software, and related resources.
Research and propose new ways to enhance teaching, learning and assessment,
promote innovation, and foster purposeful, meaningful, and creative
integration of technology.
Provide follow up to Administrators who participated in professional
development
Train Administrators in the use of appropriate technology resources
Respond to a variety of questions from staff for the purpose of providing
information, guidance or referral
Oversee assigned projects and/or program components to ensure compliance
Promote a team effort within OxfordSaudia Flight Academy
Display professional integrity and confidentiality
Collaborate and Coordinate with school Staff and the Administration Team, when
necessary, to support the creation of Class and Staff schedules, Online
classes, Book Codes and Student Issues
Perform related responsibilities as required by the Dean
Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
Maintain project documentation and course folders
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Master’s preferred.
3-5 years of related experience.
Fluent in English, strong interpersonal skills.
Experience with IT, EdTech
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Knowledge of current and popular educational technology tools.
Exceptional project management and execution skills.
GCC experience preferred.
Broad general knowledge of curriculum, curriculum development and
instructional best practices.
