SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Administer and execute Accounts Payable transactions through timely and
accurate processing and updating into relevant systems in accordance with
company policy and procedures to provide regular, up-to-date, and accurate
information on status or deviations. This position is based in Dammam, Saudi
Arabia and will report directly to the Chief Accountant.
Responsibilities:
* Assist to record Suppliers Invoices and maintenance of accurate Suppliers accounts
* Support in preparing payments to all suppliers on time and reconcile their accounts to ensure timely payments
* Book supplier payments in ERP system after clearing from Bank
* Coordinate with tax consultant for monthly Withholding tax return filing
* Lease with external auditors for Interim and Annual audits
* Ensure a clear archiving and filing process is in place for financial records
* Responsible to provide accurate accounting information to superiors as and when needed
* Assist Chief Accountant in different work assignments from time to time
* Accept delegation of work and be able to handle other functions of Accounts department whenever required
