Production Planner

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a Production Planner who will be responsible for Planning
and maintaining the production schedule by monitoring and analyzing demand,
maintaining stock levels of finished goods and coordinating with Sales and
Logistics functions to be able to support and meet customer requirement.

This position is based in Dammam Second Industrial city and will be reporting
to the Production Manager.
* Responsible for Production Planning and utilization of available resources by gathering and analyzing sales demand by balancing between On Time in Full (OTIF), inventory levels and production costs.
* Support Production function by participating in continuous improvement activities through efficiency Improvement Projects.
* Monitor and collect the data of production performance, Key Performance Indicators and report to the Manager to analyze the data and seek improvements.
* Support operation team in standardization of Products and Processes by analyzing product performance and process deviations.
* Cooperate and coordinate with maintenance department for an effective implementation of preventive maintenance schedule.
* Develop planning processes by utilizing existing functionalities in the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system as well as implementing new ones according to the best practices for planning in Jotun Operations System

* Bachelor's degree is required (science or engineering i.e. Chemistry/Industrial engineering)
* Ability to write and speak in English Language.
* Competent in using Microsoft Excel.
