Job description:

• Provide general operations support in line with proceduers


• Operates standard shopoperations support tasks autonomously


• Refers to supervision for more complex tasks and activities


• Prepares and maintains schedules for recurring production runs


• Provides programming support to ensure operations


• Monitor user and program security and assist in production control


• Analyses production performance and write reports


• Produces written instructional guidelines for computer operators for production runs


• Leads and supervises a team of operations support technicians


• Manages consumables, asset and equipment inventory


• Distributes tools and equipment to all areas of the campus


• Analyzes and reports key information regarding consumable consumption


• Leads a team who directly support the setup and change over of production machinery


• Leads Kaizen and improvement projects in the plant


• Supports the delivery of materials, equipment and supplies to meet project needs


• Assists with warehouse inventory control and tracking system


• Ensure stockroom duties such as counting and categorizing parts


• Ensure general housekeeping duties such as trash removal, floor sweeping or snow removal


• Produces and shares operations reports


• Executes the requisitioning of materials for the plant


• Builds CNC tools and fixture according to procedures, drawings and specifications


• Builds CNC tools and fixture according to procedures, drawing and specifications


• Assists CNC machinists to change over and setup the machines
  Qualification :


• Technical Bachelor Degree
  Skills


• Effective Communication Skills


• Ability to Work in a Team-Orientated and Diverse Cultural Environment
  Experience Requirement


• ‎5-‎10 years experience
