Supporting on developing and maintaining sourcing plans and perform all
required duties related to planning, scheduling, and procurement. In addition
of the daily work related to the execution of the POs and follow up on the
delivery of materials. Moreover, he/she will be responsible of maintaining the
inventory level in the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities
* Support on develop and maintain short and long-term sourcing plans.
* Ensure the required material availability on the site as per the requirement from operation and Engineering team.
* Perform purchasing execution activities for required sub-components and raw materials.
* Ensure ordering of the materials based on the right quantity and specification on the placed orders within the time frame.
* Place orders and actions based on the company policies and procedures.
* Works closely with production team to monitor work order progress. Anticipates impact of future requirements and provides adjustments in scheduling as needed.
* Managing the inventory to meet inventory target without effecting the operation plan.
* Review and maintain the information of materials and orders on SAP.
* Generate weekly, monthly, or annual reports related to the activities as per required KPIs.
* Maintains and reports out assigned metrics such as on time delivery (OTP/OTTR), aged work in progress.
* Negotiate with Vendors to get the best price, specification, quality of materials.
* Schedule POs and orders delivery based on the site operation plan.
* Work on reducing the cost and increasing the profitability of the site by building the competing culture between vendors.
* Work closely with operation team to ensure to meet the priority of receiving martials based on agreed plan. Maintains planning parameters in the MRP system to ensure all planning and scheduling strategies are accurately planned and reflected in ERP system
* Define and apply complex data analysis and analytical tools for process improvements.
* Provides the Project Management team with manufacturing due dates and advanced notice of shipping delay information.
* Complies with plant safety procedures to ensure a safe environment.

Required:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Minimum ‎2 years experience
* SAP, MS Office.
* Communication: planning, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Fluent English.
