Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Eastern Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the Eastern region. The
ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales
management, business development, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and
business objectives in the Eastern region.
- Lead and manage the Eastern sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and
support to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead
generation, and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and
stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities and drive customer loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to
identify areas for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and other
relevant metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations,
and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
