Job Description:

oversee our operations in the Eastern region. The ideal candidate will be a

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive operational excellence and achieve
business objectives in the Eastern region.
- Lead and manage the Eastern operations team, providing guidance, coaching,
and support to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,
including clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to
identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement
operational initiatives, process improvements, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory
requirements across all Eastern operations.
