Job Description
* Make sure that facility operations and maintenance meets all applicable safety and environmental regulatory and GM codes
* Plan, execute and oversee general building maintenance activities which include, but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems,....)
* Ensure the availability of required spare parts and manages their consumption in adherence to the budget
* Develop annual maintenance budget, obtains approval and monitors expenditures against set budget.
* Initiate and participate in cost saving programs through optimizing and increasing the efficiency of the Equipment
* Develop team capabilities through training, on the job training, and productivity improvement initiatives
* Comply with the guidelines of the occupational health and safety act and promote safe and healthy work environment.
* Manage all facilities contracted third parties, including but not limited to contractors, service providers, consultants, etc
* Develop and conduct a preventive maintenance plan through work orders on Maximo system
* Interact with customers to collect their request and communicate back progress of work completion
* Conduct tours within facility according to designated frequency to locate any improvement opportunities
* Plan, and issue request for purchases required to serve facilities function, whether annual contracts, or spot buys, for spare parts, and/or services in addition to monitoring execution, and receiving of goods and/or services
* Forecast and monitor the monitory receiving of all purchases on monthly basis
* Coordinate, communicate with his customer(s) to assure flawless installation / maintenance activities.
* Assure customer satisfaction upon work completion.
* Ensure staffing levels cover business demands
* Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures
* Evaluate employees' satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement

Additional Job Description
* ‎3+ Years of experience in a similar position
* Holding Project Management certificate is a plus
