Requirement for Facility and Asset Management Supervisor Position
A Leading Oil & Gas company is seeking a Facilities and Asset Management
Supervisor. Local candidates only - no work visas provided.
– Handles the monitoring and control of the movements of company assets. -
Prepares a "New Company Assets Monthly Report".
- Involves in conducting asset inventory, asset transfer and asset disposal.
- Overseeing and managing the Asset Management System.
- Enters Data into the ERP system and facility asset software.
- Coordinate with the Finance department regarding asset valuations and
depreciation.
- Conducts a weekly check of company assets and cleanliness.
- Updating the premises map (AutoCAD), ensuring that assets are in their
assigned places.
- Candidates must have a Degree in Business Administration or Facilities
Management related field.
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5 Years.
