Assure the product quality and maintains the quality system for body, paint,
assembly, final repair and pre delivery inspection shops, to ensure compliance
with Nissan standards and deliver product that attains customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Assist the development of the VQA department which consists of 5 sections
(Body, Paint, Assembly, Repair and Pre delivery inspection).
Cascade Annual Objective Plan (AOP) with VQA department and follow up on
current resources to achieve annual and midterm targets.
Assist with external quality Audits and setting action plan for non-conformity
improvement.
Respond to internal quality audits, set action plan for non-conformity
improvement.
Prepare weekly VQA reports by analyzing shop floor KPIs.
Cascade shop floor quality results, and development actions in Quick Response
Time Control (QRTC) meeting.
Cascade market claims with shop floor, set necessary counter measures to
prevent reoccurrence.
Follow up and control Design/Process Change notes requested by production
engineering to ensure process/product compliance with quality requirements.
Responsible for inspection method for Body, Paint, Assembly and Final OK upon
launching a new model.
Monitor and control QA KPIs (AVES, DPHU, 3MIS), sets appropriate actions to
achieve targets.
Monitor and control stop delivery notice of defective vehicles, and approve
release notice after repair.
Qualifications & relevant experience:
Bachelor degree in Engineering
1-2 years of experience in a Quality role
Fluency in English & Arabic languages
