Lead the day to day deliverables (EHS/Quality/Service/cost/people) in
compliance with GSK standards (Safety/Quality).
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for timely production of good quality product in safe manner.
* Supervision of all production dept. activities line operation with good efficiency and labor control.
* Provide guidance to a team of production Foremen/Line Leaders/Machine Operators.
* Collate and supply data to facilitate preparation of daily /monthly production and productivity.
* Report any machinery malfunctions to Engineering department.
* Utilize the area resources to ensure the efficiency of the process and targets delivery.
* Understanding and contributing to overall VS Plans.
* Managing conflicting priorities in the area that support the business.
* Ensure that the continuous updating in the all operating procedures to fulfill all the regulations (safety/ Quality).
* Reducing waste, inventory and cycle time across their operations.
* Influencing the strategy through GPS & Tiered escalation.

Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our
goals:
* Bachelors degree in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering or equivalent
* Min. ‎2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry company. Experience in packaging is a plus.
* Knowledge of GMP industry
* Leadership skills
* SAP management experience
* Ability to solve operational problems quickly
* Good supervision and communication skills.
* Ability to train operators and provide them with right direction
* Computer Skills
* Fluent English
