KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
* Manages the staff members of the investment legal to assure following the best Legal and the quick fulfilment and implementation with the proper safety and coordination.
* Participates in committees/meetings to express the legal opinion on all legal matters presented.
* Provides legal advice to the management.
* Giving legal opinion for mattes assigned by line managers
* Coordinating with the management for consultation and strategic direction with compliance related to contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations.
* Oversees all complaints and grievances received by the bank to ensure justice in decisions taken thereon.
* Setting up shared database that includes all legal opinions of similar cases and making it accessible by colleagues in Legal Department.
* Involves in hiring members for the Investment legal department after assessing their skills and abilities.
* Follow up on the changes in legislation and regulation related directly or indirectly to the Bank activities.
* Effectively draft, redline, review and negotiate with customers complex terms and commercial agreements including Service Agreements, IT Agreements, professional services agreements, etc. in support of CyShield's Services business. * Support CyShield's corporate business goals and objectives by…
